Thing in the alleyway

A photo I took not long ago, I've seen this thing a few times walking past before.
However, this was the only instance I caught it on camera. Thankfully it hasn't moved closer to my home.

Woah :0! Thats a pretty good photo! Is there anything else it does besides watch ?

Oh man that thing's creepy. I wonder what it is? have you noted any unusual behaviors from it?

It tends to scurry away after its noticed I’ve spotted it. I’ve also seen it try and creep up on me and others, but to be fair, it doesn’t stay for long.

It has also altered its hight from encounter to encounter.

How long did it take to set up those lights for that photo?

Camera had a simple flash, if you were wondering.
